Our gourmet chef prepares you a 4-course meal crafted from only the best and freshest ingredients on our farm and local farmers. Dinner will be served in our open air pavilion, so please dress according to the weather.

July Menu by Chef Stephen Owens
Micro Salad  
Micro mustard and arugula greens dressed in white balsamic vinaigrette on top of grilled rosemary bread with an herbed goat cheese and cherry tomatoes.

Truffled Mushroom Risotto
Arborio rice cooked with chicken stock,sautéed shiitake and oyster mushrooms, cream, Parmesan cheese and topped with fresh black truffle shavings. 

Cottage Pie
Grilled beef tenderloin with whipped potatoes, sautéed herbed carrots, peas and green beans served with a demi-glacé.

Creme Brulée
A rich and creamy custard infused with lavender and honey topped with caramelized sugar and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to arrive at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before dinner service. Dinners typically run 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Dinner service will start at 6:00 and guests are expected to be seated at that time. If you come late, you may miss a course.

Be familiar with the directions to the farm and DO NOT rely on GPS to get you to the farm on time. The farm is about 45 minutes to an hour from both Charleston and Huntington. Directions are available on our website. http://www.grittsfarm.com

This is a working farm. Please dress weather appropriate and wear proper footwear: we suggest a closed toe, comfortable shoe.

When you arrive, a Gritt’s Farm employee will be in the parking lot to direct parking, check you in, and escort everyone to the pavillion area.  Handicap parking is available, please indicate your specific needs upon making your dinner reservations.

Dinner tickets include the full dinner and all non-alcoholic beverages. Gratuity is not included in the price of your ticket. If you are pleased with the service staff, please show them appreciation. There will be a tip jar available.

All ticket sales are nonrefundable.
