Fried Strawberry Oatmeal
oatmeal cooked with strawberries and cream, topped with homemade granola, strawberries, and mint

Tomato Basil Pie
fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic, topped with cheese, lightly baked in a flaky crust, accompanied by a garden salad

Grits and Eggs
creamy grits topped with andouille style sausage, roasted peppers, and a Rainy Day Farm egg cooked over easy

Stuffed French Toast
peanut butter and bacon stuffed French toast served with West Virginian maple syrup
