For this Farm to Table Dinner, we feature guest chef Andrew Stewart from Bridge Cafe & Bistro in Hurricane. This gourmet gem in the valley uses a lot of Gritt's produce, and for this dinner, the kitchen comes to the source to prepare a meal Gritt's Farm style.
You may taste wine as early as 5:30pm from Stone Road Vineyard (Elizabeth, WV), and it will be available for purchase throughout the dinner.

BLT Salad
We “Deconstructed BLT” - hydroponic lettuce, pickled cherry tomatoes, bridge bacon, seasoned croutons, served with a peppercorn dressing.
Braised Chicken Leg
Braised free-range chicken leg quarter with roasted potatoes tossed in homemade butter with fresh herbs, sweet corn relish, and strawberry jalapeño gastrique.
