Duck and Melon Salad
An arugula and cantaloupe salad with duck prosciutto, toasted pepitas, basil, and topped with a orange-mint vinaigrette, and Pecorino Romano
Sweet Tea Brined Pork Chop
A tender pork chop paired with butternut squash purée, roasted pecans, apple gastrique, and topped with a sweet pepper-cabbage slaw.
Kentucky Peach Cobbler
Composed of a sorghum spiced cake, peach compote, pumpkin mouse, and topped with bourbon salted caramel, and rolled oats brittle.

Guests are welcome to arrive at 5:30pm, 30 minutes before dinner service. Dinners typically run 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Dinner service will start at 6:00 and guests are expected to be seated at that time. If you come late, you may miss a course.
Be familiar with the directions to the farm and DO NOT rely on GPS to get you to the farm on time. The farm is about 45 minutes to an hour from both Charleston and Huntington. Directions are available on our website. http://www.grittsfarm.com
This is a working farm. Please dress weather appropriate and wear proper footwear: we suggest a closed toe, comfortable shoe.

Dinner tickets include the full dinner and all non-alcoholic beverages. Gratuity is not included in the price of your ticket. If you are pleased with the service staff, please show them appreciation. There will be a tip jar available.
